WHY WORK WITH ME

I offer different training methods based on my martial arts experience and physical preparation done throughout the years.
Worked as a personal trainer in many different gyms including some of the highest tier ones in London.
Been teaching mixed martial arts, kickboxing, brazilian jiu jitsu, swimming, boxing, group exercise classes and one to one sessions at different gyms and academies.
Have worked with many clients along the years helping them reach their goals and improving their lifestyle into a healthier one.
